The house is located 500 metres far from the main road (with shops, restaurant, pubs and cafès) and from the big beach.
The harbour (beach, boat rental, sailing school, diving center, organized tours,) is 150 metres far. The position is excellent to let you leave your car and to move by feet or by bycicle (most of the village is pedestrian area).

Excursions around San Vito Lo Capo: Erice medieval town (35 km), la tuna-fishing site of Scopello (40 km), the Greek temple of Segesta (60 km), the suggestive landscape of Trapani\'s salt-works (25 km) and the archaeological ruines of Mothia\'s island. Nature\'s lovers can visit the beautiful Zingaro Natural Reserve, rich of flora, fauna and incontaminate beaches (9 km da San Vito), Cofano Mountain and Egadi Islands, that you can reach by 20 minutes of hydrofoil.

Many interesting events will take place during spring and summer time: 2° international festival of kites (May 19-23); Summer Music Festival (July 16-18); SICILIAMBIENTE 2° documentary film festival(July 20-25); San Vito Jazz 2010 (July 26 luglio-August 1); Tempu ri capuna (September 17-19 - to discover stories and legends about fishing and sea); XIII Cous Cous Fest (September 21-26 - the famous gastronomic festival that involves chefs from all the countries in which cous cous is common).
