Our lakeside cottage is a total of 2000 square feet and sits on a large front and back barefoot lawn for family gatherings. There is 100 feet of rocky waterfront for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing; nonetheless, State Route 9 runs between the cottage and the lake so please be careful! It is centrally located among local beaches, golf courses, shopping, and the public boat launch. Montreal (Canada), Lake Placid (New York), and Burlington (Vermont) are all within an hour and fifteen minute drive.

The small front stone porch faces Lake Champlain where you can take in the spectacular views of Mount Mansfield and the adjacent Green Mountains. The back deck with grill and comfortable outdoor furniture allows for private dining. The screened-in patio is perfect for bug-free entertainment. Lose yourself in a board game, pass the afternoon away with a good book, play a game of badminton, and/or splash around with water toys in the lake!
