In the Var center, halfway between Aix en Provence and Cannes, our provencal home consists of a large house (2500 sq.ft.) on two levels. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the vines and the olive trees, a full bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, a large American kitchen , a dining room and a large living room with fireplaces and television area (flat screen 52 inch HD TV, cable Free Box, DVD player). The ground floor opens on two large terraces full Southern exposure, overlooking the garden with a ping pong table. The swimming pool (40X20) has a diving side and borders the grounds (2 acres) planted with vines, olive trees and many fruit trees. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with full size beds and one has a queen size bed. Air conditionning, Internet access (with PC), available bicycles, petanque balls (and their ground), basketball stand, and the possibility of tasting the house wines, make our property an ideal place for vacationing in a natural setting, with calm and serenity. The surroundings offer many possibilities for sports and cultural activities: hiking, horsebackriding, canoe/kayak, go-karts, motorcross, tennis, golf abbeys and museums, the Gorges of Verdon (French Grand Canyon) and the Riviera.
